The UPLEVEL HOME Demo house of the project opens its doors. We have created functional and ergonomic living spaces with an interior corresponding to today’s current trends without needless details, using various textures.
The interior of the UPLEVEL HOME Demo house uses combinations of aesthetic materials in natural tones, creating regular, geometric shapes with designer furniture and modern interior design accents. The demo house gives an idea of ​​how to use the entire living area more efficiently and comfortably, because initially, when entering an empty room, it is difficult to visualize how the living areas could be organized.
Customers can choose: “Business”, “Business Plus” and “Business Extra” – three variations of finishing levels, taking into account the individual wishes of each customer in furnishing their living space.
In the UPLEVEL HOME demo house you can familiarize yourself with all three levels of decoration and the quality of the materials used.
The “Business” (basic) decoration level includes: full interior decoration – interior doors, parquet, tiles, plumbing, ceiling and floor hidden (“shadow”) profiles, ventilation system with recuperation, air-water heat pump with underfloor heating, optical internet cable.
The “Business Plus” finish level (in addition to the “Business” finish) includes: design catalog tiles, selected parquet boards, corridor floor perimeter lighting, interior doors without floats (hidden or “invisible doors”).
The “Business Extra” trim level (in addition to the “Business Plus” finish) includes: illuminated stair treads, custom design parquet and tiles, corridor and living room ceiling perimeter lighting, custom design switches and sockets.
