Construction of a unique concept apartment building complex has begun in Purvciems
In Purvciems – the largest district of Riga, which is already called home by at least 55 thousand Riga residents – the construction of the 1st phase of the new housing project UPLEVEL HOME has started. In total, both phases of the project include 17 thoughtfully planned two-story homes with a 40-80 square meter private courtyard and a separately usable roof terrace of 45 square meters.
The location of the new energy effective housing was chosen with the aim of providing home owners with all the advantages of the Capital city, while maintaining privacy and closeness to nature. The land plot is adjacent to the quiet and green Puces Street with low traffic intensity, which allows one to quickly reach both the city center and everything necessary for a comfortable everyday life – schools, kindergartens, shops, sports clubs, catering establishments and more.
The meticulously planned layout of UPLEVEL HOME houses is designed for comfortable everyday living and without excess space. The “UPLEVEL 2 in 1” concept, which is unique in Latvia at the moment, provides the possibility to divide the property into two functional dwellings with minimal investment, so that one can be used, for example, by the owner, and the other can be rented out or allocated to a friend or relative’s family. This can be done quickly and with small costs, by additionally installing only the internal door block in the place provided for it in the project.
The project was developed for modern and demanding people, keeping sustainability and energy efficiency in every detail. The highest quality materials and technologies are used in the construction of these A+ energy efficiency class houses. The area will have a paved driveway and parking lots, an activity and children’s playground. Entry into the territory and each of the houses will be regulated with a modern security control system, including biometric data usage. An electric car charging point will be installed both in the territory and in each of the properties, as well as residents will be given the opportunity to install a solar energy collector on their roof terrace.
The 1st phase of the project with seven buildings is expected to be finished in the middle of 2024.
