Construction site preparation works have been carried out

Purvciems is the most populated neighborhood of Riga, which is called home by more than 55 thousand residents of Riga. Pūces Street in the heart of Purvciems was chosen as the location of UPLEVEL HOME to combine such advantages as proximity to the city center, convenient traffic, developed infrastructure and a quiet and green environment.
As winter recedes, the plot of land intended for energy-efficient housing has rapidly acquired the contours of an established construction site. After careful planning, project development, coordination and all the necessary measurements, the construction site has been prepared and cleaned, a geodetic research of the land has been carried out, and work has been started on the construction of the foundation – the installation of foundation foot molds and the placement of reinforcing bars.
UPLEVEL HOME specialists observe the highest precision at every stage and perform their work with a great sense of responsibility, so that several generations to come might call the houses their home.
UPLEVEL HOME offers unique “UPLEVEL 2 in 1” concept homes in Latvia, which can be divided into two independent homes with a few simple and relatively cheap installations. In total, the two phases of the project includes 17 two-story residential houses with a 40-80 square meter private courtyard and a separately usable roof terrace of 45 square meters.
The 1st phase of the project with seven houses is expected to be put into operation in the middle of 2024.
